These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website sheen-i.com (the “Site”), operated by Sheen-i (“Sheen-i,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, the customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
All fragrances offered for sale on the Site are genuine products sourced directly through Sheen-i. Products are made available exclusively through the official Site and through partners formally verified by Sheen-i, none of whom are authorized to distribute any product other than authentic Sheen-i merchandise. Customers may accordingly rely on the authenticity of any product purchased through these channels.
Orders may be placed directly through the Site. Customers selecting the Cash on Delivery payment option are entitled to inspect and confirm the product before rendering payment. Sheen-i reserves the right to contact the customer by telephone to verify order details, including delivery address and item selection, before processing and dispatch.
All prices displayed on the Site are stated in Pakistani Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice, including in connection with catalog updates or promotional activity. Payment may be rendered via Cash on Delivery or through such other payment methods as are made available at checkout. The price confirmed at the time of checkout shall constitute the final price payable for the order.
Sheen-i currently delivers to destinations within Pakistan. Estimated delivery timeframes are typically several business days from dispatch, subject to variation based on destination city and courier availability. Delivery may be delayed during periods of high order volume, public holidays, or circumstances beyond Sheen-i’s reasonable control. Customers will be notified where a material delay is anticipated.
Sheen-i accepts returns of any product that remains unused, at any time following delivery, without a defined time limitation. Returned products are subject to inspection by Sheen-i to confirm that the item is unused and in its original condition prior to the approval of any refund or exchange. Customers agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to engage in conduct that may damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site, including unauthorized attempts to access restricted areas. All content appearing on the Site, including product names, imagery, and descriptions, constitutes the intellectual property of Sheen-i and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Pakistan, Sheen-i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or its products, including loss attributable to courier delay or temporary unavailability of the Site.
Sheen-i reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in its business, policies, or applicable legal requirements. Continued use of the Site following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or an order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
